Another beauty from those talented craftsman at Magic Wagon bringing to life a wonderful idea from Derrick Holmes with assistance from Tony Curtis and Peter Nardi (Alakazam Magic).  Everything about this item is well thought out.  From the beautiful custom designed leather case which is just perfect to the very clever and easy to perform illusion secured inside.

I think when Tony and Pete get together with Magic Wagon you can always be assured of a high quality item that has been well thought out and will be something you’ll be proud to own and perform.  This is one of my favorite Magic Wagon items!

When I first saw this neat device from Taylor Imagineering I had no idea these ring holders were a “thing.”  But the second my wife saw it on my desk, she said what a neat ring holder! A quick look on Amazon and you see they come in all sorts of styles too.  So once you realize this is a much more common object, than most of the inlaid wooden boxes we like to play with you don’t see this as some device built just for magicians, but as a clever idea that Mozique and Christopher Taylor always imagined it to be.

As a device for magicians and mentalists it works flawlessly and comes with 13 pages of routines, tips and ideas.  It is well priced and looks great in the collection too.  Another great piece of slightly bizarre mentalism from Christopher Taylor.

Kent Bergmann is back with his amazing new line of magic: 3D Magic Works and the very positive reviews are flowing in.

This is a wonderful paddle effect with lots of potential similar to the Versa Paddle released by the Trickery in 2008 and the old Tricks Co. effect Traffic Lite years before that. This effect has the added bonus of having the spots not only appear and change color, but also change shape. As with all of Kent’s 3D Magic items the set-up is perfect for collectors as all the spots fit neatly in the base of the stand which keeps it altogether and looks great on the shelf too!

Another clever paddle item from Kent with spots jumping around and as a finale ending up on a separate blank plaque. Another nice looking effect with custom stand to hold all the pieces neatly together on the shelf.

Kent has produced a very practical mini chop cup item here complete with 3 Monkey fist balls and matching cover and base. And in a stroke of genius Kent has gimmicked the cover so you actually can use it in the routine too. What a great idea!

Lubor Fiedler’s Gozinta Boxes never looked so good! Not only is this small enough to carry around in your pocket the addition of the extra stand that fits both the purple box and the the black box precisely really adds to the illusion that both boxes are the same size. So how is it possible that they both fit inside of each other?

This is beautifully crafted item is basically the same as the old Collectors’ Workshop item The Clock of San Marcos but using micro Swiss electronics instead of a wind-up motor. It works perfectly and is very quiet with a neat and compact mechanism and a long lasting battery. The benefit of the electronic motor of course is that there is zero reset required between performances which makes it perfect for strolling and restaurant magic. Very reliable and I’ve never seen another like this before.

The Anything Box is a beautiful box that was created by Brian Cook to allow you to put anything in the box that could fit inside the box. So he had to come up with a new access method that is very different from any other similar Lippincott style box. The box looks amazing and the access is the fastest method I have seen.

This wonderful item from Dave Powell is based on the old Rings ‘n’ Things Plop-Up from 1976 which is one of my favorite offbeat card effects. Dave’s version looks very impressive and works smoothly every time. What is particularly neat about the method is there is nothing added or taken away and no hidden flaps to move, it literally seems to work like magic. Great Job Dave!
