Review by Andy Martin for A Case For Magic by Tony Griffith
5 out of 5
Half my kids act came from here!
This simple lecture by Tony Griffith is responsible for half of my standard kids act. The whole premise of the lecture was you turn up with a simple brief case and perform the whole act from there.

The Best Monkey Bar!
I was always a lover of Acrobatic Silks, which itself was a modification of Ken Allen’s Monkey Bar. However, after seeing Kovari perform the original version of this twenty years or so ago, I have always preferred it.
This version by Viking is much smaller than Kovari’s original and it makes it all the more amazing when the surpirise kicker ending happens with the two extra “stunt” fish appearing.
Review by Andy Martin for Beyond The Other Side by Lee Woodside

Wonderful, Spooky Mentalism, and Brilliant!
This effect by Lee Woodside has a great story and with the upgraded Oujai board looks very authentic.
It is a strong and clean prediction of any letter that the specator moves the pointer too, followed by another prediction of the number they will choose. I just finished playing with this again, and had forgotten how strong this effect is. So upgraded it to 5.
I think it can combined very nicely with Dear Boss, for a total mind harrowing experience!

Beautiful and entertaining…LOVE IT!!
You get two beautiful teak pieces and special cards to perform a most entertaining piece of card magic. Alan always amazes me what he can do with teak wood and this is one of his better examples. Definitely get this one!

Simple but entertaining with the right presentation
You get a simple but well finished teak wood case and the necessary dominoes to perform a bewildering effect of a domino always ending up showing the same side despite turning over the case. Play it with a sucker touch. The grand finale where the halves “twist around” ends the effect with a dramatic climax. Automatic in execution. Recommended!

The Best
This is really a great trick. Not only is it not that hard, just some basic handeling, but it is mind blowing! With only a basic to medium skill level, you can look like an expert.
Review by Andy Martin for Cocobolo Wand (Two Piece) by Shamrock Magic

Beautiful and Lovely Weight to it.
A friend asked me: do you really need another wand Andy? I said yes when they feel and look like this baby! It’s just a very beautiful wand. I’m not sure if there is any real value in the two pieces, but I didn’t have one and I’m sure there will be the odd occaision where I need to strip it down for packing!
Props are well done as is typical of Alan’s work, but the locking feature in this effect is what really impressed me. Great item and highly recommended!

Great looking props
The effect is a simple prediction but I do like the props. Alan can turn a simple effect into something inspiring by enveloping it with beautifully decorated props. I would give the effect between 3 and 4 stars but the props are definitely a 5.
