Flying Die by Mel Babcock

(c. 1910,1989) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

This effect was originally called The Alphabet Block and was invented by Okito c. 1910. It is thought to be only item that Okito created specifically for children.

Effect: A die placed in a small box invisibly travels to an empty hat. It momentarily appears in an open-topped larger box before finally arriving in the hat. At the conclusion, when the small box is opened to show that the die is gone, a ball is found in its place.
