Chained Lightning by Tannen’s
(c. 1952) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)I wish I could have seen Lou Tannen perform this. It sounds amazing from the ad copy 🙂
After reading the instructions it sounds easy enough but I’m not sure how effective it is until I see a Speed Demo of this bad boy, and I hope to spend some time on this soon to produce one.
The props are well made and this certainly has the potential to be more amazing than an earlier version of this effect called Magic Welding by Louis Nikola, though it does require a couple of moves to achieve with same effect.
Effect: Those of you who have seen Lou perform this effect on his own shows need no further description because you have asked him to put it on the market for over a year. To see it is to want it.
The magician removes twelve sparkling one inch key rings from o gorgeous velvet display case. These are picked up one at a time and dropped on a wand. Sliding the rings off into his hand the rings slowly emerge linked in ONE SOLID CHAIN and both hands shown empty.
It is the cleanest, most fool proof effect that’s ever been invented. Truly a magician’s dream. This is the most beautiful outfit that you’ve ever seen. Comes complete with stand, display case, wand and rings.
Nothing else needed.
