The Bermuda Triangle by Jeffry A. Woodward

(c. 1988) (Submit Review) (Submit Update)

Effect: After telling about a T.V. show in which David Coppcrfield risked his life in the Bermuda Triangle, a quarter is covered by a handkerchief. The quarter is dropped into a glass of water and vanishes. This water is poured into a clear plastic box and sealed with a lid. The box is put on top of a card with a “Bermuda Triangle” on it and the quarter reappears inside the sealed box of water. This routine is easy to perform, uses no sleights, and is very visual. It can be done with a borrowed quarter, borrowed handkerchief, or even a marked coin. You receive a beautiful crystal shot glass, plastic box and that secret something.
