Giant and The Dwarf by Paul Picha, Jack Hughes

An interesting and light weight (packs flat plays big) version of Jack Hughes’ Giant Dwarf featured in volume 2 of World of Magic from the Austrian Electronics craftsman Paul Picha.  The full size version has also been made by Abbott’s, Mephisto-Huis, Supreme Magic, Owens Magic Supreme and others.

Effect: A really cute kiddie trick. Magician shows a beautiful color character of a Giant. The Giant goes into the castle to guard it. The Dwarf is afraid to go into the castle because of the mean Giant. The Dwarf runs into a Fairy Princess who grants him his one wish to be Big. As the kids are watching, the Dwarf grows to be as tall as the Giant. The Giant, seeing this, shrinks to become the same size as the Dwarf had been.
