100% agree this is a very cool piece. The mechanism is so smooth and silent… it is fun just watching it work! One of my favourites in my rising card collection and a very nice display piece.

I own a number of Dr. Schwartz’s mechanical decks and truly believe this was his best release. The action is slow, smooth and mysterious… exactly what you want in a haunted deck. Timing is under your control. My favorite Haunted Deck and there are many out there. I witnessed the famous street magician Jeff Sheridan use this deck in his street act many years ago and it got a great response.

I ended up liking this release much more than I thought I would. Love how it mimics a classic stage illusion. I located a miniature hand saw online which I think adds a bit and contributed a nice sound effect to the sawing action. :). Below are links to a couple of videos of me having fun with it. Apologize in advance for how many times I utter the word classic in one of them 🙂

I think Magic Wagon did a wonderful job with this piece and I really enjoyed working on the instructions and routine for it. A couple of years ago I made a Christmas themed video highlighting this piece … https://youtu.be/krDiTIdiYXc
