This next item has been produced by many craftsmen, but this is the first time I’ve seen it come with a large and small version of the frame. One of the many benefits of 3D Printing is that once you have the template created adding an extra feature is “just” a matter of letting the printer go for a little longer!

Effect: The performer presents a small frame along with a red cube. The performer then places the red cube into the frame and threads a cord through a hole on one side of the frame, then through the hole which passes through the center of the red cube, and finally out another hole on the other side of the frame. Now, the red cube is shown to be “locked” in place, by the cord, within the frame. The frame can be shown to the spectator(s) from all sides. The performer now asks a spectator to simply place a finger on each end of the cord and then covers the threaded frame and cube with a *silk/handkerchief. The performer reaches under the silk/handkerchief and then almost instantly removes the handkerchief to reveal that the cube is now set on the table in front of the empty frame… “Un-locked” from the cord and frame. The red cube and the frame with the cord threaded through may be completely examined.

Two different frames, with an interchangeable base, are included. One smaller carry size frame and a taller presentation frame. The light brown parts of this set are 3D printed using a beautiful filament that has been infused with genuine wood.
